It’s Halloween, is the thought of hosting during the Holidays scaring you?

You survived a hot summer, and some of us made it through the chaos of the kiddos starting a new school year. Suddenly, it is Halloween and now we are staring down the excitement of the Holiday Season, the most wonderful time of the year. I don’t know about you, but thoughts of hosting holiday season events made us cringe a bit. So, we decided to make a change and upgrade our living room couch after 15 years, 2 kids and a dog. It made a huge difference, but, of course, now we have more we want to change. Which, of course, means I got a new order (and a new item on my honey-do-list) from my wife for new sofa table. Not just any sofa table though, it needs to match the new color theme of living room and serve as small bar/table for hosting a larger crowd. We may also add a bistro table big enough to fit four people which will serve a dual roles as a game table and eating area. These changes are taking us from a cringe-worthy nightmare to visions of sugar plums dancing in our heads. This ambrosia maple sofa table is in a very happy client’s home, all decked out for a holiday party last year. It is high enough and deep enough to hide some barstools underneath it and pull them out when you want to eat and watch a movie or have guests over to watch the game. I love making these pieces and they are so versatile.

I unveiled this sofa tabletop at two shows this past weekend. I didn’t sell yet, so I’m using AI to place it into a decorated living room. When you buy it, it will look even better in your living room! The table top is deep enough to hide barstools, or not. Your room, your choice!
